One night, at the age of eight, Elsa's father told her the story of an enchanted forest. Eventually, Elsa discovered that she had the ability to produce ice and snow and used her powers to enhance her play with Anna. When Elsa was three years old, Anna was born, and the two grew to be the best of friends. Her birth was also accompanied by an unanticipated weather event that blanketed the village with crystals of ice. She weighed seven pounds, and was born during the occurrence of the aurora borealis.
